Beauty Insider Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Sephora is a French multinational chain of personal care and beauty stores. Featuring nearly 3,000 brands, along with its own private label, Sephora offers beauty products including cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, beauty tools, and haircare.

Inez mentioned, "During the early stages of this pandemic, I ordered a Dyson Hair Straighter. Unfortunately, I received the item not as described online. (I.e. a completely different color). The customer service representative that assisted with the return process informed me, the consumer would receive whatever color Sephora has available. In my opinion, this is misleading. Nor is this disclosed online. I decided to the return item via a return mailer provided. Fast forward to present, I received makeup today that I decided to return this evening. Intern I was treated unprofessionally and was embarrassed.

"Be aware sephora coupon scam Be aware, Sephora scammed me for $100 coupon, and they made funny story to me. They just don’t want me use it.... Everyone please share this if this case happened to you, Here is the thing.... After couple month and numerous attempts I finally redeemed $100 using my 2500reward points. Now I am trying to use it but the website doesn’t allow me to do so. Called customer service and was told my coupon can only used in US not in Canada. They are not willing to issue a replacement coupon and let me purchase through Canadian website. Ya what a joke! Being a royal customer for over 10years and get a response like this? ! Oh, we can return your points and try again next time. They just don’t care! Too bad, the coupon you redeemed not valid for Canada. We not gonna help you. Good luck with that!"

"Literally the worst customer service ever. They don’t listen to you and when they respond to Your emails they only answer half of your request and try to be finished with you as quick as possible. Also, trying to get a refund? Good luck."
